🚀 Electrical Software Test Engineer📍 Washington, DC (Onsite)🛰️ Satellite Communications / Advanced SystemsThe RoleWe’re hiring an Electrical Software Test Engineer to lead testing and validation of RF and electrical systems within a complex hardware environment.This role combines RF engineering, hardware testing, and software automation, with the opportunity to take ownership of test activities and influence system performance.What You’ll Be DoingDevelop and execute test strategies for RF and electrical systemsPerform system-level validation and performance testingLead debugging and root cause analysis across hardware + softwareDesign and maintain automated test frameworks (Python/C/C++)Conduct RF testing (S-parameters, signal analysis, VSWR, etc.)Use lab equipment (VNAs, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes)Collaborate with hardware, RF, and systems teamsSupport and mentor junior engineersWhat We’re Looking ForDegree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or similar3–6+ years experience in:RF testing / electrical validation / hardware test engineeringStrong experience with:RF measurements and analysisTest automation (Python preferred)Experience debugging hardware + embedded systemsStrong communication skills and ability to lead test effortsNice to HaveAerospace, telecom, defense, or high-reliability systemsFamiliarity with:LabVIEW, TestStand, MATLABExperience working in complex system integration environmentsRequirementsMust be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
