We are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. This is a long-term position with the potential to transition to a permanent role based on performance and organizational needs. The role offers a hybrid work schedule, combining in-office collaboration three days a week with remote flexibility.Responsibilities:• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for business decision-making.• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and strategic planning.• Conduct variance analysis to compare actual financial results against forecasts and budgets.• Perform ad hoc financial analyses to address specific business challenges or opportunities.• Utilize data mining techniques to extract valuable information from large datasets.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.• Support the monthly financial close process, ensuring timely and accurate completion.• Assist in managing fixed assets by tracking acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation schedules.• Participate in onboarding processes and provide support during the initial two-week onsite training period.• Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial operations.If interested, please send resume eon a word document to Jim.Kirk@Roberthalf com• Proven experience in financial analysis and modeling, preferably in a corporate setting.• Strong proficiency in data mining techniques and advanced Excel skills.• Familiarity with variance analysis and the ability to explain financial discrepancies.• Knowledge of fixed asset accounting and associated processes is a plus.• Excellent analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.• Effective communication skills to present financial findings to stakeholders.• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office and remote tasks.• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
