Capacity Analysis Technician

Job Description:• Perform time studies to measure the cycle time of processes.• Identify/document PIOs (problems, issues, and opportunities) including process inhibitors, bottlenecks, sources of inefficiencies, and process improvements.• Develop plans for Process improvements and implement for better efficiency.• Develop Project Objectives and manage project metrics• Gather data and perform data analysis and project it to Industrial engineers, perform simple statistical analysis, data logging and tracking.• Communicate with engineers and operators on daily basis to meet the desired schedule• Log data into SAP database and manage the tasks to be tracked on priority basis.
