This role is focused on territory growth, specification development, and project-driven sales within the commercial window and door market.You'll play a key role in building relationships, driving specifications, and supporting customers across contractors, glazing partners, architects, and commercial dealers.What You'll LeadOwn and grow a defined territory across Northern Kentucky & Southern Indiana.Develop new business with general contractors, glazing contractors, architects, and commercial partnersStrengthen and expand relationships with existing commercial accountsDrive architectural specifications and influence project opportunities from design through completionAct as a trusted advisor, providing product knowledge, application guidance, and technical supportConduct regular in-person customer visits, jobsite support, and project reviewsMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamicsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer experienceDeliver product training and ongoing education to customers and partnersWhat We're Looking For3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in commercial building materials or related industriesWindow and Door sales experienceExperience in architectural promotion and specification sales strongly preferredBackground working with commercial or prefabricated window systems preferredStrong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to read architectural drawings, specifications, and navigate jobsite environmentsSelf-motivated, organized, and results-drivenWillingness to travel regularly throughout the territoryPreferred:Associate's or Bachelor's degreeExperience working with contractors, glazing partners, or commercial construction channelsCompensation & Employment TypeThis position may be structured as either a 1099 Independent Contractor or W-2 employee, depending on candidate experience, business structure, and mutual alignment.Compensation is commission-based with uncapped earning potential, with total earnings expected in the $100K–$125K+ range based on performance.Why Quaker Windows & DoorsAs a nationwide leader in window and door manufacturing for over 75 years, our employees don't just work together at Quaker-we grow, innovate, and succeed together.
