Whether safeguarding schools, businesses, or public spaces, we have the expertise to assess risks and implement solutions that protect people and property, allowing our clients to focus on their core missions.As a Warehouse Associate & Delivery Driver, you will play a critical role in supporting daily warehouse operations and ensuring materials are accurately received, organized, and delivered to support field teams and customer projects. This position combines inventory management with delivery responsibilities, requiring strong attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to execute logistics efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment.Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations & Inventory ManagementMaintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and efficient material flowReceive, inspect, and verify inbound shipments against purchase ordersPick, pack, and stage materials for projects, service calls, and deliveriesMaintain accurate inventory counts and locations within internal systemsIdentify, report, and resolve inventory discrepancies or damaged goodsSupport cycle counts and full inventory auditsOrder Fulfillment & Field SupportStage and prepare materials aligned with project timelines and technician needsCoordinate with procurement, project managers, and service teams on material readinessEnsure kits and project packages are complete, accurate, and clearly labeledSupport urgent material requests with speed and accuracyDelivery & Logistics SupportExecute deliveries to customer sites and job locations as neededLoad, secure, and transport materials safely to prevent damageFollow assigned routes while maintaining punctual and professional serviceObtain delivery confirmations and communicate any issues to internal teamsCustomer & Team InteractionRepresent the company professionally during deliveries and warehouse interactionsCommunicate clearly with internal teams regarding inventory status and delivery timingEscalate issues quickly to minimize disruption to operationsCompliance & SafetyFollow OSHA safety protocols and warehouse best practicesPerform basic vehicle checks prior to deliveriesMaintain warehouse equipment and report issues promptlyAdhere to all company policies and operational proceduresQualificationsStrong attention to detail with a track record of maintaining inventory accuracyValid New York State Driver’s License with a clean driving record (last 12 months)Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks including loading/unloading materialsStrong time management and organizational skillsBasic computer skills for inventory systems and delivery trackingAbility to work independently while following schedules and processesComfortable working in varying weather conditions during deliveriesMust pass drug screening and background check per company policyReliable transportation for consistent attendancePreferredExperience supporting construction, security integration, or technical field teamsFamiliarity with inventory management systems or ERP toolsExperience with job staging, kitting, or project-based material coordinationPrevious experience in warehouse, delivery, or logistics rolesFamiliarity with GPS routing tools and handheld inventory scannersStrong customer service skills and professional communicationWork Environment & Physical DemandsCombination of warehouse and field-based delivery workAbility to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform physical laborExposure to varying weather conditions during deliveriesStandard schedule is Monday through Friday; flexibility may be required based on business needsBenefitsPaid time off and holiday Hourly pay rate of $17-20 (Based on experience)Health, dental, and vision insurance options401k retirement planStable, full-time work environmentOpportunities for advancement into Warehouse Supervisor, Logistics Coordinator, or Procurement roles
