About the CompanyWe’re partnering with a rapidly scaling fintech that provides an integrated financial platform for SMBs, combining payments, banking, and spend management into a single product.With strong backing and ambitious growth plans, the company is building a data-driven go-to-market function focused on maximizing customer activation and revenue expansion.The RoleThis is a hybrid role sitting at the intersection of go-to-market operations, analytics, and customer growth.You’ll be responsible for identifying where customers are not fully utilizing the platform, understanding why, and then taking action to drive increased adoption and spend.This is not a purely analytical role, you’ll combine data-driven insights with direct customer engagement.What You’ll DoAnalyze customer data to identify underutilized or partially activated accountsBuild and prioritize account lists based on spend gaps and growth potentialDiagnose blockers to adoption (e.g. limits, workflows, onboarding friction)Proactively engage customers to drive increased usage and activationPartner with internal teams to improve activation and expansion strategiesSupport cross-sell initiatives across additional productsBlend analytical thinking with hands-on executionWhat We’re Looking For2–6+ years of experience in GTM, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, or SalesStrong analytical mindset with ability to interpret customer or product dataExperience identifying growth opportunities within existing accountsComfortable working across both data analysis and customer interactionExperience in startup or high-growth environments preferredHighly proactive, resourceful, and execution-drivenNice to HaveExperience in fintech or B2B SaaSExposure to GTM engineering, RevOps, or growth rolesSQL, CRM analytics, or similar tooling experienceBackground combining analytics with commercial ownershipCompensationBase salary: $140k–$160kPerformance bonus: up to 25–50% of baseEquity upside based on performance
