Title: Maintenance Mechanic - Hydraulics, VFD, PLCLocation: Fort Smith, Arkansas (72901)Pay: $30 - $39What You Will Be DoingTroubleshoot and repair complex hydraulic systems including proportional valves, intensification circuits, and high-pressure multi-stage circuits.Diagnose electrical and controls issues including sensors, I/O, drives, PLC logic, and equipment communications.Commission and tune VFDs, especially PowerFlex 755, including parameters, feedback, limits, and motor data.Perform PLC troubleshooting including trending sensors, reading ladder logic, and identifying root-cause faults.Support die cast machinery operations with deep multi craft skills across electrical, mechanical, and control systems.What You Need For This JobStrong hands-on hydraulic diagnostics experience with high-pressure systems and proportional valves.Proven electrical troubleshooting ability including VFD commissioning, sensors, motors, and controls wiring.Working knowledge of PLC logic, trending, I/O troubleshooting, and reading schematics.Multi craft troubleshooting mindset: systematic, methodical, root-cause oriented.Experience with heavy industrial machinery (die cast, forging, metal, injection molding, etc.).What's In It For YouBenefit's PackageIf interested, Please send an updated resume with desired salary pay to CHRIS.BARBER@CYBERCODERS.COM
