Senior Java Developer

Job Title – Software EngineerJob Type – RemoteDuration- 6+ months Experience with Salesforce Knowledge (especially FSL)Work hours: 9:00-5:00 ESTJob Description: Soft skills: Someone who does not require a lot of direction Top Skills Required for this Position:• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field• Java (10 years)• SQL (10 years)• Hibernate / JPA / MyBATIS (5-7 years)• Javascript (5-7 years)• Spring (5-7 years)• Struts(5-7 years)• Python (3+ years)• AWS (3+ years)• JSF (3+ years)• AWS Bedrock (1+ years)• Salesforce or any no code/low code tools experience is a plus• AI/ML experience is a plus.Required Skills and Experience:Expert proficiency in Object Oriented (OO) Programming: Strong knowledge in OO programming languages, and expert skill in at least one (preferably Java) is required.Extensive knowledge of most prevalent and trusted technical discussion boards, portals and knowledge sharing internet sites for help with technical challenges.Knowledge of policies, standards, procedures, and techniques used for application development is required.Strong ability to think logically and structurally and have attention to detail is required.Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audience.Strong Analytical skills and strong Communications skills, both written (with emphasis on technical documentation) and verbal is required.Ability to work independently on any size project.Experience integrating Java applications with Generative AI platforms, LLMs, or AI services through REST APIs.Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, vector databases, and semantic search concepts.Experience with AI/ML platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Amazon Textract, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Document Intelligence, or similar services.Knowledge of document processing, OCR technologies, NLP, and workflow automation solutions.Understanding of Responsible AI principles including explainability, bias mitigation, data governance, and human oversight.Education and Experience Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field and minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
