Electrical Engineer
We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer with strong hands-on experience in electronic hardware design, schematic capture, and PCB layout for an onsite opportunity in Addison, TX.Job Title: Senior Electrical EngineerLocation: Addison, TX Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite Interview: Customer InterviewKey ResponsibilitiesDesign analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power electronic circuits.Perform schematic capture and multi-layer PCB layout.Develop hardware while considering signal integrity, EMI/EMC, thermal, reliability, and DFM requirements.Support prototype builds, board bring-up, debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.Perform hardware verification, validation, and qualification testing.Prepare engineering documentation, test procedures, qualification plans/reports, product drawings, and engineering change documentation.Collaborate with mechanical, manufacturing, test, suppliers, and contract manufacturers.Support products throughout the complete hardware development lifecycle.Mandatory SkillsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.5+ years of experience in electronic hardware design and development.Strong hands-on experience with Schematic Capture and PCB Layout.Experience with Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro/OrCAD, or Mentor Graphics.Experience designing multi-layer PCBs.Strong knowledge of analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit design.Hands-on experience with Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, DMMs, and Power Supplies.Knowledge of PCB manufacturing and assembly processes.Experience with hardware verification, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.PreferredExperience with EMI/EMC and environmental/qualification testing.Aerospace, defense, automotive, medical device, or industrial electronics experience.Knowledge of DO-160.Experience with FPGA-based or embedded hardware.Knowledge of DFM and reliability analysis.Experience with DOORS, PLM, or configuration management systems.
