Manufacturing Reliability Technician

As a Manufacturing Reliability (MR) Technician, you will play a key role in supporting our Manufacturing Reliability and Continuous Improvement efforts by enabling measurable improvements across plant systems, processes, and performance. This hands-on role supports efficiency, loss elimination, and capability building across shifts—helping ensure equipment and processes run safely, reliably, and consistently. The pay for this role is $25.65 (90% of listed classification the first 6 months), then $28.50 (100% of listed classification after 6 months) per CBA.At Kellanova, you'll be part of a team that values collaboration, problem-solving, and a growth mindset.
