Avionics TechnicianWe are hiring Avionics Technicians to support on-site satellite production for a growing aerospace company in Midland, TX. This company works in satellite communications and competes directly with Starlink.Pay & Benefits:$42/hour$1,500 monthly stipend$5,000 relocation assistance (2500 after month 1 and 2500 after month 2)Mileage reimbursement up to $500 from home of record (72.5 per mile)Tools not requiredJob Description:Perform wiring and circuit board work at the bench levelUse small tools and jigs to assemble avionics componentsRead and follow work orders and blueprintsSupport production of communication satellitesWork in a clean room environment (smock and hair/beard net required)Requirements:1.5+ years of avionics or aerospace electronics experienceAble to start within 3 weeksWilling to work on-site in Midland, TXWork Schedule: Must be flexible on shift assignment and open to overtime1st shift: MonThurs, 7:30am5:30pm2nd shift: MonThurs, 6:00pm4:00am3rd shift: FriSun, 6:00am6:00pm4th shift: FriSun, 6:00pm6:00amContract: 6-month contract to hireThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita Falls, TX.The pay range for this position is $42.00 - $42.00/hr.
