This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a hands-on, collaborative environment and are committed to operational excellence. You will play a key role in supporting our missile assembly, testing, and launch preparation processes while continuously improving workflows.Key Duties & Responsibilities Fabricate, assemble, and test complex assemblies/subsystems into a missile. Inspect and inventory parts to ensure compliance with work instructions and documentation. Verify dimensions and clearances using precision measuring instruments. Align, fit, and assemble parts using hand tools and fixtures. Set up and operate test equipment to evaluate assemblies under simulated operating conditions and record results. Support missile assembly, subsystem testing, environmental testing, and pack & ship operations. Collaborate with engineers and colleagues to identify, define, and solve problems. Participate in team-based Continuous Process Improvement initiatives. Provide and receive work direction within the team as needed.Work Environment Fast-paced, hands-on aerospace and defense manufacturing setting. Usage and Proficient in cable harness fabrication and repair Usage and Proficient in soldering Proficient and experience in crane operations, lifting, and handling. Proficient and experience in missile ground processing life cycle in preparation for launch/mission operations. Proficient in general test equipment operations. Proficient in environmental test operations. Proficient in proper use in standard hand tools. Proficient working with test and measurement equipment (i.e., multi-meters, scales, or torque wrenches).
