Job DescriptionTHE JOB AT A GLANCEThe Senior Manager: Integration provides strategic leadership in managing the integration of HR processes, reporting and data systems within the People Division. Reporting directly to the Executive Head: Operations & Analytics, this role is responsible for aligning cross-functional initiatives, driving continuous improvement and ensuring operational efficiency across People and Brand functions.With three newly created direct reports – People Reporting Specialist, Transformation Reporting Specialist, and Projects Specialist– the Senior Manager will oversee integration efforts, manage operational dashboards, and facilitate the smooth implementation of HR processes and systems. The role ensures that People processes are integrated effectively, supporting data accuracy, reporting consistency, and alignment with the broader business objectives.What You Will DoIntegration LeadershipMaintain and govern end-to-end process maps and workflows across the People DivisionDefine integration standards, RACI matrices, and workflow governance to ensure seamless operational alignmentCoordinate cross-functional initiatives, driving integration across HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, L&D, OE, Brand, and Operations.Reporting & Insights Produce monthly People Operations Dashboards, focusing on key metrics such as TATs, cycle times, and operational bottlenecksDevelop and deliver a quarterly Executive People Pack, providing insights on HR performance and operational efficiencyEnsure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data, serving as the source of truth for reporting.Continuous ImprovementLead the Continuous Improvement (CI) pipeline, prioritising initiatives that deliver value to the businessFacilitate Kaizen problem-solving sessions, conduct root cause analysis, and track improvements in quality, speed, cost, compliance, and employee experienceMeasure before/after impacts of CI initiatives and ensure the successful implementation of operational improvements.Change & Adoption SupportDevelop and implement adoption plans for new processes, systems, and technologiesPartner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition to support the uptake of new processes and ensure smooth transitionsIdentify and address barriers to adoption, ensuring successful implementation of change initiatives.Risk & Compliance AlignmentSupport compliance checks for people processes, ensuring alignment with HR systems and OE governanceMaintain an integration risk register and ensure effective risk controls are in placeDrive process governance, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory standards.What You Will Get In ReturnWe offer great opportunities for personal and professional development in a stable company that is 132 years strong. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to drive operational excellenceProficiency in reporting and dashboard design, with experience in data analysis tools such as Power BI and ExcelExcellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and facilitate cross-functional collaborationStrong change enablement and adoption skills, with a focus on driving process efficiency and alignment.
