Through scalable support and technology-driven solutions, the program aims to reduce churn and optimize dealer engagement across the marketplace.2. About the Opportunity:The Performance Operations Specialist serves as the primary contact for a high-volume portfolio of emerging dealer partners. The role focuses on maintaining performance, stability, and retention by delivering technical guidance and training using a tech-touch model. By leveraging AI-driven workflows and automation, this position ensures dealers maximize their investment value and remain engaged, thereby playing a key role in sustaining a healthy dealer network.3. Responsibilities:• Establish and maintain relationships with contacts at assigned dealerships, including senior leadership• Conduct outbound outreach via phone and email to support pricing updates, compliance, and system migrations• Manage inbound email and phone queues to provide timely dealer support• Monitor account health to identify and resolve CRM lead flow, inventory feed, and pricing issues proactively• Refine automated communication sequences and AI engagement processes to maintain accuracy and effectiveness• Use webinars, group training, and automated outreach to educate dealers on product utilization• Troubleshoot performance issues and correct technical errors• Document all dealer interactions and resolutions in Salesforce• Collaborate with the Dealer Performance team to identify accounts needing elevated service or sales engagement4. Requirements:• Experience in inside sales, service account management, or equivalent• Proven ability to meet and exceed goals• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills• Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills• Proficiency managing high volumes of accounts in Salesforce or similar CRM• Familiarity with AI-driven productivity tools (preferred)• Ability to interpret and communicate client performance data using tools like Tableau• Process optimization mindset with interest in improving automated workflows• Background in customer success or high-level support focused on satisfaction and retention• Capacity to manage a large number of accounts5.
