Mechanical Assembly Technician Pay: $18–$25 per hour, based on experience All Shifts Certified Source is hiring dependable, mechanically inclined Mechanical Assembly Technicians to assemble medium and large industrial equipment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, mechanical problem-solving, and building complex equipment with precision. These are craftsman-style builds—not repetitive assembly-line work. Each workstation may involve assembling up to 100 components, including vehicle track systems, hydraulic components, engines, pumps, hoses, and other mechanical equipment. Responsibilities * Assemble industrial equipment using blueprints, schematics, and detailed instructions * Install vehicle track systems, engines, pumps, hoses, and hydraulic components * Connect and test mechanical and hydraulic systems * Inspect completed assemblies for proper fit, function, and quality * Identify and troubleshoot mechanical or assembly issues * Safely use hand and power tools * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Communicate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals * Occasionally travel to customer locations for equipment installation, repairs, or troubleshooting * Follow all company safety and quality procedures Qualifications * Previous mechanical assembly, equipment assembly, automotive, diesel, hydraulic, or related experience preferred * Two years of technical or vocational training is preferred but not required * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics * Working knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems * Electrical knowledge is helpful * Basic computer skills * Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability * Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively as part of a team * Willingness to travel occasionally as needed Physical Requirements * Ability to stand, bend, squat, climb, and work in different positions throughout the shift * Ability to climb on or into equipment during assembly * Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds * Ability to push, pull, and position components in confined work areas Compensation * $18–$25 per hour * Starting pay is based on mechanical experience, technical knowledge, and ability to read blueprints and schematics #TLS123 Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off Work Location: In person
