The organization focuses on turning technology from a cost center into a driver of sustainable business growth.Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Network Support role based in Warsaw, IN. The Network Support professional will monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot local and wide area networks, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points. Responsibilities include responding to network incidents, diagnosing connectivity issues, and escalating complex problems to senior engineers when needed. The individual will assist with network changes and upgrades, document configurations and procedures, and ensure adherence to security and compliance standards. The role also involves providing user support for network-related problems, coordinating with vendors and service providers, and contributing to the reliability and performance of the overall IT environment.Qualifications Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching).Hands-on experience with network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools (e.g., Wireshark, ping, traceroute, SNMP-based tools).Knowledge of basic cybersecurity practices, including access control, VPNs, and secure network configurations.Ability to document network diagrams, procedures, and incident reports clearly and accurately.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and resolve issues efficiently.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach to on-site support.Ability to work independently on-site in Warsaw, IN, and collaborate with remote teams when required.Preferred: Experience in managed services or MSP environments and exposure to cloud networking (e.g., AWS, Azure).Preferred: Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent practical experience.
