SummaryThe Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business and achieving/assisting in the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas. This individual will also conduct research to identify leads and reach business targets through telephone and email,The Inside Sales Representative must be goal oriented and customer oriented in order to achieve or exceed the monthly and annual sales target and the company’s overall goal.Essential Duties And Responsibilities Understand and determine customer requirements and expectations in order to propose specific products and solutions. Maintain existing customers and connecting with potential/new customers by providing accurate product information, superior service and technical expertise. Generate new and repeat sales in order to achieve the sales growth target and increase the company’s presence in the market place. Prepare daily customer quotes and submittal packages in a timely manner. Adhere to the established pricing structure to ensure profitability. Up sell and cross sell in order to increase sales, average order size and profitability. Set up and maintain customer files regularly. Establish customer follow up on a regular basis. Ensure the smooth running of sales process. Utilize CRM system for tracking lead, quotes, and order activity.
