Store Manager

Job Description The Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of a convenience store (c-store), managing a small team of 5-10 employees. This role involves leading staff within established corporate guidelines to ensure efficient store functioning, excellent customer service, and proper inventory management. Responsibilities Manage and supervise store staff, including scheduling and training Control and maintain inventory levels to meet store demands Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries Implement loss prevention and security measures Develop and train employees to enhance performance Follow corporate policies and procedures for store operations Preferred Qualifications Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems Knowledge of inventory management practices Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools Strong team leadership skills Effective communication ability Problem-solving skills Time management proficiency
