The South Colonie Central School District is currently seeking one (1) Temporary Teaching Assistant for the Colonie Central High School Library (Grades 9-12) from October 2024 through December 20, 2024. Job Qualifications GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Our ideal candidate should have; Teaching Assistant or Teacher New York State Certification. Effective communication skills to engage students, parents, colleagues and the school community as a whole. Creativity and insight into core curriculum. High school level teaching and support experience. Experience with students with varying abilities, solid organizational skills and willingness to facilitate hands-on activities.
