Bilingual Receptionist

Job Description Responsibilities:&middot; Ability to operate a multi-line phone system to answer calls and retrieve voice messages.&middot; Must have great customer service skills and a "go above and beyond" attitude&middot; Must be well-organized, accurate, and attentive to detail* Must speak fluent Spanish and English&middot; Must be able to work at a faster than average pace and able to multi-task.&middot; Good Communication Skills&middot; Receive and review residential real estate contracts and documents.&middot; Requires a strong sense of urgency, initiative, and drive to complete tasks correctly.&middot; Must be able to maintain confidentiality of customer and employee information.&middot; Provide quality customer service to all customers.- Order Entry/Data Entry&middot; All other duties as assignedRequirements and Qualifications:&middot; A High School diploma or equivalent is required&middot; 1 or more years of experience in the Title Insurance industry is a plus&middot; Highly organized and detail oriented&middot; Exceptional customer service skills&middot; Requires a strong sense of urgency, initiative, and drive to complete tasks correctly.&middot; Ability to work independently and as part of a team&middot; Proficient in Microsoft Office and have the ability to quickly learn software applications&middot; Experience with title production software Closers Choice and Qualia a plus&middot; Background check will be conducted. *Salary based on experience. Compensation consists of Salary plus Bonus/Commission for clients you bring in.Candidates must master reading and writing and be fluent speaker in both English and Spanish.HoursMonday to Friday9:00 – 5:00Job Type: Full-time
