Job Description
Responsibilities:· Ability to operate a multi-line phone system to answer calls and retrieve voice messages.· Must have great customer service skills and a "go above and beyond" attitude· Must be well-organized, accurate, and attentive to detail* Must speak fluent Spanish and English· Must be able to work at a faster than average pace and able to multi-task.· Good Communication Skills· Receive and review residential real estate contracts and documents.· Requires a strong sense of urgency, initiative, and drive to complete tasks correctly.· Must be able to maintain confidentiality of customer and employee information.· Provide quality customer service to all customers.- Order Entry/Data Entry· All other duties as assignedRequirements and Qualifications:· A High School diploma or equivalent is required· 1 or more years of experience in the Title Insurance industry is a plus· Highly organized and detail oriented· Exceptional customer service skills· Requires a strong sense of urgency, initiative, and drive to complete tasks correctly.· Ability to work independently and as part of a team· Proficient in Microsoft Office and have the ability to quickly learn software applications· Experience with title production software Closers Choice and Qualia a plus· Background check will be conducted. *Salary based on experience. Compensation consists of Salary plus Bonus/Commission for clients you bring in.Candidates must master reading and writing and be fluent speaker in both English and Spanish.HoursMonday to Friday9:00 – 5:00Job Type: Full-time
