Job Title: Maintenance Operations SupervisorLocation: Ada, Oklahoma, United StatesEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are hiring a Maintenance Operations Supervisor on behalf of one of our clients. This role is responsible for overseeing operations at a waste tire processing facility, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining cost efficiency, safety, and equipment reliability.You will manage daily operations, supervise teams, and optimize maintenance and production processes in a 24/7 environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and oversee mobile and tire shredding equipmentManage and optimize 24/7 operational schedulesEnsure equipment is operated to maximize productivity and lifespanPlan and maintain preventive maintenance (PM) schedulesAct as backup to the Facility Manager when requiredMonitor and maintain KPIs including production reports, shift logs, and maintenance recordsSchedule and oversee maintenance activities, including wear part replacements and repairsConduct mobile equipment inspections and coordinate repairsCoordinate with third-party transportation teams for logistics and trailer managementAddress non-routine operational issues and ensure smooth facility operationsInterface with internal teams, customers, visitors, and transportersLead training programs for equipment operation and safetySupervise, schedule, train, and develop team membersPromote and enforce health, safety, and environmental standardsQualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree OR 3–5 years of equivalent experiencePreferred Field of Study:Sciences, Business, or a related fieldExperience3–5 years of operational experience in a technical or industrial environment (preferably waste management)3+ years of supervisory or managerial experience in industrial maintenanceTechnical SkillsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project)SAP experience preferredAdditional RequirementsStrong leadership and team management skillsAbility to manage operations in a fast-paced, 24/7 environmentExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsCommitment to safety and compliance with PPE requirements, including respirator use where applicableWhat We OfferCompetitive salary401(k) retirement savings options (pre-tax and Roth)Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insuranceHealth Savings Accounts (HSA) & Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Paid time off and paid holidaysPaid parental leaveEmployee wellness programsEducational assistance programsEmployee discounts and voluntary benefitsApply Now !
