You'll help manage RFQs and proposals, maintain accurate records, support customer communications, and keep key processes running smoothly behind the scenes. If you're looking for more than just a job and want to build a career in a company that respects your skills and gives you room to grow apply now.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to Sales and Contracts departmentsMaintain RFQ/RFP files and track bid responses and award notificationsAssist in preparing proposal documents and submission packagesOrganize and manage internal records, including customer communicationsHandle department mail and monitor shared email inboxesComplete government forms and maintain accurate recordsCompile and update reports such as win/loss summaries and customer satisfaction surveysAnswer phones and assist with customer inquiries professionallyManage inventory of office and copier suppliesAssist with answering and routing incoming calls during receptionist absencesFollow all DG safety procedures and company policiesSupport other administrative tasks as assigned by managementRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferredA minimum of 2 years of administrative experience supporting a Sales, Contracts, or Customer Service teamProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsExperience communicating professionally with customers and vendorsStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishTyping speed of 40+ WPMPreferredExperience supporting B2B sales, contracts, or customer accountsFamiliarity with RFQ/RFP processes or proposal preparationExperience with ERP systemsStrong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environmentSelf-starter with a proactive, reliable work styleWhy You'll Love Working Here: At Dayton-Granger, you'll join a supportive team environment where collaboration and longevity are valued.
