Human Resources Specialist
Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Specialist based in San Jose, CA, with some flexibility to work from home. The Human Resources Specialist will handle daily HR functions including the development and enforcement of HR policies, assisting with employee benefits programs, and managing personnel records and information. The role also involves supporting HR management strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and addressing employee concerns or inquiries. Qualifications Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices, including understanding of HR operations and complianceExperience in HR Management and Personnel Management, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relationsKnowledge of HR policies and ability to implement and maintain company-wide standardsFamiliarity with Employee Benefits programs and experience in benefits administrationStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in HR software and tools is a plusBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrevious experience in a similar HR role preferred
