Job Summary: We are hiring Line Cooks and Sous Chefs who are dedicated to their craft and excited to grow within a team of culinary professionals. Whether you are working the line or leading kitchen operations, your skills and creativity will help shape the Bardea dining experience. Key Responsibilities: Line Cook: Prepare and execute menu items with precision, consistency, and efficiency. Maintain high culinary standards while ensuring food quality and presentation. Assist with ingredient preparation, station setup, and maintaining cleanliness . Follow recipes, portioning, and plating guidelines . Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations . Sous Chef: Oversee kitchen operations and support the Executive Chef. Lead, mentor, and train kitchen staff to ensure efficiency and teamwork. Assist in menu development, inventory management, and ordering supplies . Maintain quality control and uphold restaurant standards. Ensure full compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines . Qualifications: Previous experience in a professional kitchen (Italian cuisine experience is a plus!). Passion for cooking with strong attention to detail . Ability to thrive in a high-volume, team-oriented environment . Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to excellence . Knowledge of food safety and sanitation best practices .
