Lead Client Solution Engineer

Partnering with Account Executives in a full-time remote capacity, the Lead Client Solution Engineer will serve as the technical authority on Master Data Management (MDM), guiding clients through technical discovery, delivering tailored demonstrations, and making architectural recommendations to unlock business value. Key responsibilities Build trusted relationships with Account Executives and customers to qualify deals and provide technical guidance Conduct technical discovery to document and clarify business and MDM-specific requirements Deliver solution demonstrations and Proofs of Concept that showcase MDM capabilities in the context of SMB integration challenges Required qualifications B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or MIS Proven experience in technical sales or delivery roles focused on MDM solutions Strong understanding of MDM fundamentals, including data modeling and governance Experience with cloud technologies and delivering PoCs independently Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a relevant field
