Front Desk Agent
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for guests and visitors. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, multitasking, and creating a positive first impression.
Responsibilities
Greet guests and visitors in a professional, welcoming manner
Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries appropriately
Check guests in and out (if applicable)
Maintain front desk area and office organization
Handle reservations, appointments, or visitor logs
Process payments and basic administrative tasks
Communicate effectively with staff and management
Resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills (email, scheduling systems, POS, etc.)
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Pay: $18.00 per hour
