At CDimension, we’re building the foundational materials for the future of computing.Role SummaryWe are hiring a Field Service Engineer to lead the installation, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of CDimension's MOCVD systems, both at our internal facility and at customer sites. You will bridge the gap between our engineering team and real-world equipment operation, ensuring reliable performance and fast issue resolution.Key Responsibilities•       Lead on-site installation, startup, and commissioning of MOCVD and related semiconductor processing equipment•       Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on vacuum systems, gas delivery systems, and control electronics•       Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and process-related equipment issues•       Develop and maintain service documentation including installation procedures, maintenance checklists, and troubleshooting guides•       Train end users (internal technicians and customer personnel) on equipment operation and upkeep•       Act as the primary technical liaison between customers and CDimension engineering during deployment•       Provide feedback from field observations to drive continuous product improvementQualifications•       B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical field•       3+ years of field service or equipment engineering experience in semiconductor, vacuum, or precision instrumentation industries•       Hands-on experience with vacuum systems, gas delivery, and control systems•       Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and P&IDs•       Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in field environments•       Willingness to travel for customer site installations and service visitsNice to Have•       Prior experience servicing CVD, MOCVD, ALD, or other deposition equipment•       Familiarity with LabVIEW, PLCs, or other equipment control platforms•       Experience in a startup or small team environment requiring cross-functional flexibility
