Picture Yourself at Pega:
As a Reporting Analyst you will be a trusted business partner for Pega’s global consulting organization and key member of the Operations team. You will collaborate with the management team and deliver financial reporting and analysis of consultant utilization, headcount, and profitability-related metrics. You will also lead and collaborate on projects pursuing company-wide strategic objectives. You will own the data governance and provide oversight of all business processes and systems that support these metrics. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive productivity and efficiency of our business systems and reporting capabilities. The insights you deliver to the leadership team will provide key performance metrics and actionable findings required for the consulting business to meet its business objectives.
What You'll Do at Pega:
Apply qualitative and quantitative analysis to enterprise problems to develop insight and recommendations for Consulting leadership
Manage and communicate P&L analytics including revenue, expenses, margin, utilization, headcount, for all Pega Consulting to drive profitability
Provide monthly financial reporting and ad hoc reporting as needed
Be a key member in the budget, planning & forecasting process
Design, develop, and deliver reporting using Excel, Power BI, HANA, and other in-house systems to provide proactive analysis and insights to the business leadership
Work with Consulting leadership community to research, advocate, and make recommendations on business process improvements to drive user adoption of our systems and processes
Directly communicate with senior leadership about major profitability drivers
Support, collaborate, and lead with Operations team on projects and initiatives as needed
Collaborate with Operations team on reporting best practices
Who You Are:
Superb problem solving and analytical skills paired with an attention to detail
Ability to balance long term strategic projects with day-to-day operational responsibilities
Experience blending quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis to deliver a complete look at a problem, subsequent analysis, and recommendations
Skilled communicator; able convey ideas to technical stakeholders as well as senior leadership in person or in writing
Must be resilient in the face of obstacles; possess the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
What You've Accomplished:
3-5 years of experience as a business analyst or finance analyst
Experience dealing with profit and loss data, developing reporting and insights with multiple data sources, preferably in professional services or finance functions
Worked with senior leadership to advise on the health of a business
Proven ability to own projects from inception to delivery

Additional Information
Base salary range for this role is 69,900 - 104,500 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.
The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
