Elevator Worker

*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Elevator Worker to join our manufacturing and industrial operations team. This role involves operating, maintaining, and overseeing elevator systems used for material handling and transportation within industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mechanical systems, safety protocols, and equipment operation, ensuring efficient and safe movement of goods and materials. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the smooth functioning of complex machinery in a dynamic environment focused on safety, precision, and productivity. *Responsibilities* * Dump and load railcars and trucks. * Operate grain dryers. * Assist with grain handling operations. * Perform general housekeeping duties. * Perform general maintenance tasks as needed. *Job Requirements* * Commitment to achieving a zero-injury safety culture and following all company safety procedures. * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Maintain regular and punctual attendance. * Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including: * Prolonged periods of standing and sitting. * Working in confined spaces and at heights. * Bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs/ladders. * Working in varying environmental conditions, including heat, cold, and dusty environments. * Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. unassisted. *Shift Timings:* 7 am- 3:30 pm, 7-7pm potentially at peak times. 6 day weeks may be needed *Scheduled Days:* Monday – Friday *Weekly Schedule:* 40 hours OTH1 Pay: $17.50 per hour License/Certification: * High school diploma or equivalent (Required) Work Location: In person
