Legal Admin Coordinator

Job Title: Legal Admin CoordinatorSchedule: Onsite; M-F 9AM-5PM Contract: 13 weeks Pay Rate: $25-$30/hr on W2Required QualificationsHS Diploma/GED (R); Associate degree or higher (P) Experience: - 5-7+ years of legal administrative experience - Experience with database management - Comfortable navigating through insurance issues - Legal management and sophistication - Program and case management experience - Executive Assistant duties including, calendar management, letter generation, scheduling meetings, invoicing - Data entry - Understanding of HIPAA and privacy/confidentiality  - RiskQual/Healthcare Advisor Series (HAS) preferred- Infor/APIA preferredKey Responsibilities: The Legal Executive Assistant provides legal, clerical, billing, and data support services to the Directors of Claims & Litigation and Enterprise Risk & Insurance and their staff in the management of the legal and insurance business of LifeBridge HealthJOB DUTIES: Performs general clerical and secretarial duties to include:•Managing and triaging telephone calls•Scheduling meetings, meeting rooms, and maintaining staff and legal calendars•Processing of all department billing and payments•Opening and sorting mail•Answering and drafting routine correspondence•Researching and responding to credentialing and claims history requests•Maintaining office supplies and preparing purchase orders and inventory requestsDatabase management:•Data entry and database maintenance of insurance potential claims and open legal matters•Maintaining accurate insurance loss runs and distributing loss runs regularly to necessary parties•Data entry of billing and all expenses paid on legal matters•Maintaining and running various spreadsheets from Excel and claims database systemsInsurance support:•Providing verification of insurance and claims histories for covered providers•Adding new/renewal insurance policy information into the claims database•Entering Claims Advisory Forms into database•Assisting with insurance claims and investigations by requesting and organizing information necessary to process and submit claims, as needed•Setting up and maintaining all insurance files, as needed•Assisting with requests for insurance certificates, as needed•Distributing loss runs•Managing insurance reimbursement and providing requested reports and information to insurance managers and brokersLegal Support:•Has a basic understanding of legal terminology in order to support functions of the department•Provides clerical support for processing of data for all legal matters•Calendars scheduling orders and other trial deadlines•Manages claims database and enters documents into database•Updates expert, expense, and other legal spreadsheets
