A Well-respected group in Northwest Indiana has openings for Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join their team. Must be Board Certified Family or Internal Medicine Physician 4 locations available in NW Indiana 30-45 mins from downtown Chicago Mon-Fri 8-5; 40 hours a week. On-call - varies from the location. Approx. 20 patients per day (depending on location). 100% outpatient (may have options for IP). New grads will be considered. Competitive salary, full benefits, PTO, 403B, CME, RVUs, and more!
