Shipping & Receiving Warehouse AssociateJob Title: Part-Time Warehouse AssociateLocation: Stafford, TX 77477Pay Rate: $19.00 / hourSchedule: Monday Friday 3pm-Finish (30 hrs week)Position Type: Temp-to-HireRole OverviewAs a Warehouse Material Handler you will be a vital part of an employee-owned company. You will ensure products are received, stored, and shipped efficiently using advanced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to grow into higher-level positions within a stable, successful organization.Key ResponsibilitiesEquipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and push carts.Inventory Management: Receive and store incoming material according to WMS processes; conduct regular cycle counts.Shipping & Receiving: Select, pack, and palletize shipments; handle less-than-truckload (LTL) sorting and packing.Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean work environment, follow all safety protocols, and perform daily equipment inspections.What You Bring to the TableExperience: 2+ years of warehouse experience is preferred. Prior experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is a plus.Physical Ability: Must be comfortable with heights, climbing ladders, lifting various loads, and staying active throughout the shift in varying warehouse temperatures.Technical Aptitude: Ability to use technology and handheld devices for inventory tracking.Reliability: Strong work ethic and a history of excellent attendance.Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and pass a pre-employment physical, 7-year national criminal background check, and 5-panel drug screen.
