Below are the details for each opportunity.Locum opportunities220712 Must clear through Vidant 909 bed tertiary hospital EMR is EPIC Level I trauma center BC in FP or IM required No ICU/Critical Care procedures Hospitalists do not run codes Consults handled by NP/PA with physician back up 12 hour shifts Coverage needed: Multiple days in October- April and ongoing 12 hour shifts Prefer local candidates220713 Must clear through Vidant 182 beds 9 ICU beds Meditech EMR All physicians must be comfortable rounding on patients in the ICU as well with Vent Management. No Intensivist on staff here Doc's must be comfortable with codes and rapid response ED does intubations PICC team there from Monday-Friday; Surgeons and ER place central lines and mid lines as well Days:o 4 teamso 1 doc 6am to 6pmo 2 docs 7am to 7pmo 1 doc 8am to 8pmo Average census 12-16 patients Night:o 1 doc 6pm to 6amo Typically 6-8 admissions per night Permanent opportunity Bed Hospital Nocturnist position - schedule 12 shifts per month 6 on / 8 off, 144 shifts per year with the opportunity to pick up extra shiftsBC or truly BE in IM.
