Funding Associate - Auto FinanceJohnson Service Group is seeking Funding Associates for an Auto Finance Company in the Dallas, Texas area. This is a fully remote position. Must live within 75 miles of the company. Must be flexible with working days/ hours Monday-Friday - 9:00 am - 6:00 pm and every other Saturday with a weekday off. (40 hours per week) Hourly pay rate: $18.00 The Funder Associate is responsible for reviewing, booking and funding retail and lease contracts from dealerships in accordance with department policies and procedures. This position requires flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment, changing rules, regulations and policies, and as such, must be able to process and retain information quickly.Duties And ResponsibilitiesReview and validate retail and lease documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies, established guidelines, programs, credit stipulations and state/federal laws and regulations.Handle incoming dealer phone calls to resolve held offerings during peak hours as needed.Actively participate in coaching and development sessions/trainings to co-create solutions that enhance individual performance and overall department/team performancePerform all other duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)College degree preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsAptitude for numbers and calculationsSelf-motivated, self-starterDetail oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality workAbility to multitask and react quickly in a fast paced, team environmentEnhanced problem solving skillsMust be able to take and apply feedback quicklyAbility to work under pressureJSG offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance options, short-term disability, 401(k), weekly pay, and more.
