Purdue Student Life develops welcoming communities that engage and support students while enabling individuals to flourish on their unique and personal path.Job DescriptionThe primary role of the Purdue Student Union Board Summer Interns position is to provide event developing, planning, executing, and assessing co-curricular programs over the summer. The goal of this position is to give students valuable real-world experience in the event planning and execution environment, learning to problem solve, and think critically. Students will be equipped with hands-on training within the Student Activities and Student Life Departments. The summer intern position should work 10 to 15 hours per week during the summer semester. Those hours may be worked in any combination, at the discretion of the direct supervisor. The Purdue Student Union Board Summer Interns must be reliable, organized, responsible, and flexible.
