Lupient KIA of Milwaukee is looking for a Parts Counter Person to join our team! This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering specific parts questions and selling the correct part for the customer needs. RESPONSIBILITIES Assists customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner Answers incoming phone calls in a pleasant, professional, and timely manner, providing price quotes and other information requested Pulls and fills orders from stock Shipping, receiving, and running parts as needed QUALIFICATIONS A minimum of two years of parts experience Ability to professionally and effectively communicate with customers, co-workers, and other dealerships Computer proficiency Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information Ability to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted Current valid driver’s license with driving record that meets insurance company standards As part of the Lupient Automotive Group, an established and respected family-owned dealer in the industry for over 50 years, we realize that our people are our greatest asset, and because of that, we value our employees, invest in them, and support their development toward continued advancement.
