Kitter/Warehouse support

Position: KitterWe have a customer that specializes in electro-hydraulic controls and is hiring multiple Kitters/ Warehouse Support staffto add to their electronics and mechanical departments. This company is family owned and has been in business forover 50 years with 200+ employees here in Connecticut. On site, they do manufacturing, electronic assembly, PCB design and engineering.Pay:$18.00Selling Points:Family owned and operated with many family members working thereNew cafeteria kiosk with healthy food alternatives!Overtime opportunitiesHalf day Fridays!Duties of the Kitters:Candidate will pull/select small electronic parts and components using an RF scanner.Deliver parts needed to proper produciton line.Assists in maintaining and monitoring manual and computerized inventory control systemKeeps inventory area orderly and upgrades when neededAssists in other areas of the department as neededOperates manual and electric pallet trucks and electric pallet stacking truckPerforms other duties as directed Qualifications: Ability to read and understand English as necessary to comprehend Company documentationAbility to lift up to 30 lbs. regularly. (Up to 70 lbs. regularly if assigned to Systems inventory)Basic computer skills, good math aptitude, good organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to operate manual and electric pallet trucks and electric pallet stacking trucksShift: Monday through Thursday 7am - 4:30 pmFri 7am - 11amPay:$18.00IND-HP
