React Lead Developer

Location: Mountain View, CA (Hybrid - 3 Days/Week)

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Job Summary: We are seeking a hands-on Frontend React Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, responsive web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern frontend development, along with experience leading engineering teams and driving best practices.

Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of React-based web applications. Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to frontend developers. Build reusable UI components using React, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices. Integrate applications with REST APIs and GraphQL services. Collaborate with UX/UI, backend, product, and QA teams. Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, security, and scalability. Support CI/CD processes and ensure high-quality software delivery.

Required Qualifications: Strong hands-on experience with React.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+).Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern frontend development. Experience with Redux, React Hooks, Context API, and component-based architecture. Strong understanding of REST APIs and/or GraphQL.Experience with testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright. Proven experience leading frontend teams and driving technical decisions. Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
