Test Architect Location: Des Moines, IA (Hybrid)Domain: HealthcareGC, USCPlaywright (API/UI), TypeScript/Node.js or Python, headless test automation, microservices & event-driven architecture, CI/CD integration, autonomous/agent-based testing, and scalable QA framework design.Video interview, but need local only.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement a headless, agent-driven testing strategy using Playwright APIsBuild a headless-first testing pyramid with majority validation at API and data layersDevelop intent-based testing systems using autonomous agents instead of scripted flowsImplement self-healing frameworks to adapt to schema and UI changes automaticallyCreate generative data and ETL-aware validation mechanisms for complex data integrity checksIntegrate event-driven quality signals into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validationArchitect scalable, enterprise-grade automation frameworks aligned with modern DevOps practices Required :Strong expertise in TypeScript and Node.js or PythonHands-on experience with Playwright (API and UI automation)Deep understanding of microservices and event-driven architecturesProven experience designing scalable test automation frameworksExperience with CI/CD pipelines and modern cloud environmentsStrong architectural and problem-solving mindset Preferred:Experience in Healthcare domainExposure to AI-driven or autonomous testing frameworksFamiliarity with data validation, ETL processes, and large-scale systems
