Responsibilities Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding suitable homes Deliver comprehensive, written feedback to validate or adjust clients' search criteria Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and clients Engage in lead generation for a minimum of 10 hours each week Join weekly script practice sessions in accordance with team standards Participate in team activities as per team standards Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, trainings, and Partner Calls Record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology Qualifications People oriented Positive, happy attitude Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes Learning based Ambitious with proven ability to succeed High school graduate Real estate license About our team We are powered by PLACE, a broker‑agnostic business services and technology platform transforming the industry for top agents and their customers.
