React Native Developer W2 role

Job Title: React Native Developer Location: Moline, IL (Onsite) Duration: 02 Years W2 Role Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Engineer II to join our product team. In this role, you will support product design by planning work, coordinating with others, and writing and testing code to deliver moderately complex functionality on a complete product or significant portion of a product it supports. This role requires a good understanding of software development processes and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Develop, code, configure, and test programs and systems. Evaluate and implement enhancement design solutions to improve cost, quality, and performance of software applications. Analyze assignments and determine software specifications to achieve objectives. Execute necessary documentation, as directed or needed. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and team members to ensure features meet business needs. Follow industry-standard agile software design methodology for development and documentation. Requirements: Degree in an Engineering/Technology or Information Technology discipline or equivalent experience. 1-3 years of previous experience in programming/software development. 1-3 years of software development processes experience. 1-3 years of experience participating in and working in an Agile environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on persuasive communication, tact, and negotiation. Ability to analyze, translate, and define business requirements into technical solutions. Ability to apply engineering principles and concepts for designs. Ability to manage many competing priorities/requests in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of React Native mobile development (MUST HAVE). Proven experience with JavaScript / ES6 / HTML / HTML5 / CSS / CSS3 (MUST HAVE). Knowledge of iOS and Android development (Swift or Objective-C, Java) (MUST HAVE). Experience with DevOps responsibilities (MUST HAVE). What Makes You Stand Out: 2 or more years of experience in designing, building and deploying multi-tiered applications and networks. Experience in backend tools and technologies like Git, MongoDB, Graylog, Sonar, REST APIs, GraphQL, and CocoaPods. 2 or more years of expertise in rendering page designs (wireframes / visual designs) into web pages (HTML, CSS, images, JavaScript). Experience with Apple Connect and Google Play. Cloud experience. Experience with Agile development methodology.
