In this role, you will connect market needs, customer requirements, and our engineering teams to create innovative products that improve and simplify mail operations.You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for products, product features, and new business Gathering continuous feedback from clients, sales, service, and partnersMonitoring industry trends, translating them into clear business and technical requirementsAdapting current products, services, and channels to adjacent markets for growthDriving new product development across hardware, software & prepare for successful launchesWhat You’ll Do- You will report to the Director, of Product Line Management.Define and maintain the product roadmap, aligned with business priorities and market needsWork closely with sales, engineering, service, and marketing to prioritize and execute the product agendaGather, synthesize input from clients, the market, internal teams; build best-in-class solutionsDefine features, assess their value, translate them into clear specifications and requirementsDevelop user stories and acceptance criteria; ensure alignment with development teamsAct as subject matter expert for assigned productsLead product launches including go-to-market, training, documentation, and eventsMonitor product performance, usage, and financial results; adjust as neededMeasure product value and lifetime contribution to both clients and the businessIdentify and develop growth opportunities in core and adjacent marketsSupport Product Marketing on campaigns and market-facing activitiesProgram and project manage key initiativesWhat You’ll BringPassion for building and improving productsStrong interest in technology, innovation, and how things workAbility to turn ideas into execution and deliver resultsSolid analytical and problem-solving skills, grounded in dataAbility to see the big picture while managing detailsStrong communication skills; able to influence, align, and drive decisionsComfortable working across functions and taking ownershipQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology or related field (preferred)3+ years of experience in product management, product development, or project managementExperience managing products across the full lifecycle (concept to launch and beyond)Client-facing experience, including both executive discussions and technical conversationsStrong understanding of data, analytics, and performance measurementAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesExperience working across teams including engineering, sales, service, and marketingPREFERREDExperience in managing vendors and partners with the ability to build and sustain industry relationships.Ability to analyze customer data and analytics to solve problems and guide product decisionsA creative thinker with a curious nature and a mindset to challenge the status quo.Self-motivated with the ability to maintain high productivity with minimal supervision.Bring something new to the table, whether from another industry or a fresh lens on the market.Compensation 100k-150kBenefits- As a leading provider of enterprise print, mail, and customer communications solutions, BlueCrest, Inc. is committed to its employees.
