This role is responsible for generating new business and renewing existing accounts through the sale of premium season tickets, group outings, hospitality packages, and mini-plans.This position is well suited for someone who enjoys connecting with people, growing professionally, and contributing to a collaborative, goal-driven team.Key ResponsibilitiesSell premium season tickets, partial plans, group tickets, and hospitality experiences through calls, meetings, networking, and community eventsBuild and manage a sales pipeline using CRM and lead-generation toolsMeet or exceed individual sales goals with guidance and support from leadershipProvide high-quality service to prospective and existing clientsRenew and grow existing accounts by building long-term relationshipsRepresent FC Tulsa at matches, networking events, and community activationsCollaborate with marketing, community engagement, and corporate partnerships teamsMaintain accurate records and client interactions in CRM systemsParticipate in ongoing sales training and professional developmentQualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred1+ year of sales or ticket sales experience (sports experience is a plus, not required)Strong communication and relationship-building skillsComfortable working in a goal-oriented environmentOrganized, dependable, and able to manage multiple prioritiesExperience with CRM systems (HubSpot) and ticketing platforms (Unify) is a plusAbility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededReliable transportation requiredWe encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply, even if not every qualification is met.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary with uncapped commission and performance bonusesHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysCareer growth opportunities within FC Tulsa and the USL ecosystemComplimentary FC Tulsa tickets and merchandise discountsApplyIf you’re excited about building relationships, growing your career in sports, and joining a supportive team helping shape the future of soccer in Tulsa, we encourage you to apply.FC Tulsa is an equal opportunity employer.
