GEODynmaics in Millsap, Tx is looking for qualified candidates for a Domestic Logistics Coordinator. Our campus is on the frontage road of Interstate 20 near Millsap, Tx. When we contribute to the company's success, we all win.KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIESConducts audits to verify physical shipments accuracyPrepares documents necessary for exporting of materialUtilize ERP to record and track shipping transactionsPrepares, distributes or processes documentation.Coordinates and communicates with internal/external customersPreforms data entry of shipping and cargo details into systems following required procedures.Ensures shipping protocols and documentation meet required regulatory requirements (DOT/HAZMAT)Investigates and resolves shipping non-conformance.Troubleshoots shipping delays or changes with carriers and communicates to affected customers internal and externalQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS/KNOWLEDGERequires a high school diplomaWorking knowledge of DOT and HAZMAT regulationsExperience with ERP system1-3 years of experience in Domestic shippingAbility to work safely, practice good housekeeping and follow procedures/policyMust have attention to detail and be able to work without patterns of mistakesMust be self-motivated with the ability to multi-taskAbility to lift-up to 30lbsEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
