Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Direct and control traffic using stop/slow paddles, hand signals, and radios to maintain safe and orderly movement through work zones.; Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control devices such as cones, signs, and barricades in accordance with company and state standards.; Monitor road and worksite conditions and adjust traffic control patterns as needed to protect workers, drivers, and pedestrians.; Communicate clearly and consistently with crew members, supervisors, and the public to coordinate safe operations.; Participate in and complete a 34 hour online traffic control training course prior to attending orientation.
