Tasks include planning, organizing, and assisting in the preparation, cooking and serving of food to employees; performing maintenance on culinary equipment, supplies and work areas; and handling day-to-day cleaning and operation of a seasonal bunkhouse/dormitory.Eligibility and QualificationsEligibility may be determined by your score on the Cook Specialist II exam. Candidates without current eligibility must be on the state examination list.
