Advanced Molecular Biologist Research Associate

HarveStaff is seeking an Advanced Molecular Biologist Research Associate to join a collaborative research team in Chesterfield, MO. This role is ideal for scientists with strong molecular biology and data analysis skills who are eager to contribute to innovative product discovery and development. What You’ll Do Extract high-quality RNA and perform gene characterization (RACE) with associated data analysis Track and document work using LIMS systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders Support gene expression studies and contribute to product development initiatives What We’re Looking For Master’s degree or higher in a related field, or 5+ years of molecular biology experience Strong skills in RNA extraction, cDNA synthesis, PCR, and NGS library preparation Experience with plasmid and primer design, plus related software tools Familiarity with gene expression biology and NGS analysis (including R coding) Experience with liquid-handling systems or high-throughput data generation Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, research-driven environment 👉 Apply today and advance your career in molecular biology while contributing to groundbreaking agricultural innovation!
