Social Media Coordinator/Sales Associate

The Tiny Finch is hiring a Social Media Coordinator/Sales Associate. We’re looking for someone dynamic, with strong social media, photography and client engagement skills. Key responsibilities include:·      Develop, edit, and publish regular content across social platforms·      Actively manage audience engagement on social media accounts·      Work collaboratively with shop owner and team to translate in-store experience consistently across social media platforms and website·      Work collaboratively with website manager to provide visual elements as needed·      Photography to support social media, website and other shop initiatives·      Analyze key metrics to measure social media impact and inform growth strategies·      Sales and client engagement Required Skills and Qualifications·      Experience in social media, marketing, or communications·      Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn), social management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Canva)·      Experience with POS systems beneficial·      Creative approach to engaging, varied and sophisticated content·      Strong storytelling, photography, visual design and video editing skills·      Understanding of fundamentals of social media analytics tools and metrics·      Strong initiative, organization and time management skillsPosition is full-time (either four or five days per week) and on-site, consisting of the equivalent of at least two days of dedicated social media responsibilities and two days on the floor as a sales associate. Opportunities exist for additional hours seasonally or throughout the year. Health, dental and vision insurance offered, in addition to other benefits.
