Drupal Developer --------Need GC and USC

Overview In this role you will deliver full-stack Drupal development to build and customize government-facing websites. You will lead a cross-functional Drupal team in Linux/Docker environments, ensuring quality and timely delivery for multiple clients. You’ll design Drupal/PHP solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and advocate best practices and new workflows to support federal projects. ResponsibilitiesLead a technical team of Drupal Developers and Drupal System Administrators in a Linux/Docker environmentEnsure quality and timeliness of deliverables for multiple customersBridge gaps between system administrators and software developers through strong leadership and communicationBuild and develop websites with Drupal and PHPParticipate in daily and weekly status meetingsReport time and work details dailyDocument progress with Jira and thorough work descriptionsCommunicate regularly with Federal Task Lead, contractor team members, and Program ManagerAdopt and promote best practices and code excellence; propose new deployment workflows for major federal sites Key requirementsStrong PHP development practicesAbility to architect, develop, and build various size websitesExperience developing custom Drupal modules leveraging Drupal API and secure coding standardsHTML and CSS expertiseKnowledge of API developmentExperience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Xen, VirtualBox)Understanding of RESTful services and API conceptsExtensive Linux command line experience with SSH, Git, tar, wget, yum/apt, curlOpen Source contributions or demonstrated peer-reviewed codeExperience with website caching strategies (opcode, reverse-proxy, object-based)Experience leading a project with multiple developers and stakeholdersLeadershipStrong communicationCollaborationDrupal developmentPHP developmentCustom Drupal modules
