Process Engineering ManagerSalary Range: $190k to $208k We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team of process engineers and technicians within a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment. This is a high-impact role focused on wet etch process excellence, team leadership, and continuous improvement.🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and technicians, setting clear expectations and providing ongoing coachingMonitor and control wet etch processes to ensure stable, high-quality manufacturing performanceTroubleshoot technical issues and drive root cause analysis to prevent recurrenceIdentify and execute continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiativesIncrease operational flexibility by qualifying processes across multiple tool platformsSupport new equipment qualification and production rampPartner cross-functionally with operations and equipment engineering to meet output targetsDevelop process specifications and transition new technologies into productionSupport capital planning through justification and implementation of new equipmentPromote a culture of ownership, collaboration, and high performance🎯 QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field (advanced degree preferred)8+ years of wet etch process engineering experience (or 3+ years with advanced degree)3+ years of leadership experience in semiconductor manufacturingStrong expertise in wet etch processes, materials, and integration challengesExperience with industry-standard wet process equipment platformsSolid understanding of advanced CMOS and/or RF wafer processing technologies and yield interactionsProven ability to lead teams and solve complex technical problemsStrong analytical skills, including DOE methodologies and statistical analysisAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environmentExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsFamiliarity with MES systems and statistical tools is a plus💡 If you’re passionate about leading high-performing teams and driving process innovation in semiconductor manufacturing, we’d love to connect.
